Shipping Rates

All prices include VAT.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Italian public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times within Italy are generally 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas (isole, zone montane) may take longer. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted Italian and European carriers. The carrier assigned to your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier's website.

Delays and Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@sansonemobili.com. We will investigate with the carrier and keep you informed. In the event of a significant delay, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund in accordance with EU consumer rights law.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@sansonemobili.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or refund.
