Right of Withdrawal (Diritto di Recesso)
In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions
Products must be returned:
- In their original condition, unused, and with original packaging
- Within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
- With all accessories, manuals, and documentation included
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds may be delayed if the returned goods are not received or proof of return is not provided.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized furniture items
- Goods that have been assembled or installed
- Sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Conformity of Goods (Garanzia di Conformità)
In accordance with EU Directive 2019/771/EU, all products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is defective or non-conforming, please contact us at info@sansonemobili.com within the guarantee period.
